Our core business has always been ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) leasing of our aircraft to other airlines. Under an ACMI Agreement, we provide our customers with a dedicated aircraft, which is fully crewed, maintained, insured and managed under our Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) for an agreed period of time.
Aircraft can be painted in any livery, crews can operate in any uniform and cabins can be configured to anything from economy to first class.
In recent years, we have specialised in setting up CMI (Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) services, a hybrid of ACMI whereby the customer provides the aircraft and we take care of the day-to-day operations.
We offer all-inclusive passenger and cargo charter services to airlines, charter brokers, freight forwarders and tour operators. Our services include the necessary traffic rights and landing permits, fuel, and passenger, cargo and aircraft handling worldwide.
We have also performed several VIP charters for the likes of Iron Maiden, U2 and the Olympic Flame.
Our management services can be structured in several different ways, depending on our customer’s preferences. In a typical management structure, the customer’s aircraft is registered under our AOCs, which take on full supervision and operational control of the aircraft to the highest of EU/ EASA and IOSA standards. Such supervision includes but is not limited to providing maintenance and planning, training, quality, safety and security, as well as the daily operation of the aircraft.
